Founder and Managing Partner of Zelian, Erica has more than 20 years' experience in communications, ranging from her work as a consultant to work as a senior in-house corporate manager to her work within trade associations.

Her areas of expertise include industry affairs, consumer products promotion, stakeholder communications, employee relations, crisis & issues management, corporate investor relations and cultural re-engineering, new media. She oversees international, national and local integrated communications campaigns.

Since more than 15 years, Erica provides strategic and communications consultancy on Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development and Green Economy; since 2005, she actively participates in the development of Partnerships registered with the Secretariat of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development. Furthermore, she is a member of the Commission on Environment and Energy and of the Green Economy Task Force of the International Chamber of Commerce.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from the University of Pavia, Erica also has post-graduate degrees in Public Relations from ISFORP (Istituto Studi e Formazione per le Relazioni Pubbliche) and in Marketing from SDA Bocconi.
